County Administrative Office

Welcome to the County Administrative Office

The County Administrative Officer is appointed by and under the direction of the Board of Supervisors and is responsible for the coordination of county programs, departmental budgets, and the oversight of overall operations of county business. The Clerk of the Board Office and the Personnel Department are separate divisions under the jurisdiction of the County Administrative Office. (The CAO position is currently unfilled and will stay vacant through until the Board of Supervisors makes a determination to fill the position).
