People v. Valdez, Billy- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 236, False Imprisonment with Violence, and Penal Code section 12022.7(e), Great Bodily Injury during Domestic Violence on Spouse. Defendant was sentenced to 6 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Willows Police Department Sgt. Stover and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Sheldon. 

People v. Daniel, James- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 23550.5/23152(a), DUI with Prior Felony DUI Conviction. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carrillo. 

People v. Aguero, Melissa- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Health and Safety Code section 11351, Possession of Narcotics for Sales, and Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Defendant was found in violation of probation and in violation of mandatory supervision and both probation and mandatory supervision were terminated.  Defendant was sentenced to 3 years in state prison. The cases were prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Teague and Orland Police Department Officer Ayres.

People v. Mendez, Antonio- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 273a(b), Cruelty to a Child, and Penal Code section 273.6(a), Violation of a Criminal Protective Order. Defendant was sentenced to 1 year and 179 days in jail. The cases were prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officers Edwards and Garcia and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Lopeteguy.
