PEOPLE v. VANG, KOU- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 29800(a), Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Defendant was resentenced on his prior Sacramento County prison term in addition to this case, for a total term of 4 years and 8 months in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Fish and Wildlife Warden Beals.

ANDREWS, NAQUINNE- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 273.5, Corporal Injury on the Mother of his Children, and Penal Code section 273a(a), Child Endangerment and a prior Strike conviction. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Fullmore.

PEOPLE v. DUNCAN, JANAE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, 1st Degree Residential Burglary. Defendant was sentenced to 300 days in county jail, 5 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Vlach and Officers Ayres, Mills, and Roenspie.
