PEOPLE V. WADE, BENJY- Defendant was convicted of a felony violations of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats, and Penal Code section 4573.6(a), Possession of Methamphetamine in Jail. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Alves, Orland Police Department Officers Simpson and Fullmore, and employees of Walmart in Willows. 

PEOPLE V. CHANEY, LARRY- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 22210, Possession of a Billy Club. Defendant was found in violation of probation and probation was terminated. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years in prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Willows Police Department Sgt. McIntyre and Glenn County Probation Officer Tompkins. 

PEOPLE V. POTTS, AARON- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5(a), Identity Theft and Penal Code section 1320(b), Failure to Appear on Own Recognizance. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie. 

PEOPLE V. WARNOCK, KEVIN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 666.5, Vehicle Theft with a Prior Conviction for Vehicle Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from CHP Officer Martin. 

PEOPLE V. THOMPSON, CHRISTOPHER- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 487(a), Grand Theft over $950. Defendant was sentenced to 204 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, $1,814.73 in Restitution, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Knight and Deputy Rasmussen. 

PEOPLE V. CABRAL, RYAN- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats, Penal Code section 594(a), Vandalism under $400, and Penal Code section 242, Battery. Defendant was sentenced to 110 days in county jail, 3 years court probation, and $280 in Restitution. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Willows Police Department Sgt. McIntyre and Officer Ayres and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Lemmon.

PEOPLE V. CORCORAN, DANIEL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 69, Resist an Officer Using Force/Violence. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Orland Police Department Chief Tolle and Officers Branson and Fullmore. 

PEOPLE V. HALE, KENNETH- On February 26, 1994, Defendant was convicted of two counts of felony violations of Penal Code section 187(a), First Degree Murder of Mr. Wilfred “Doc” Fox and Mrs. Winona Fox. Defendant was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison.  On September 15, 2017, at Defendant’s second parole hearing, he was denied parole and found unsuitable for release from prison for an additional 3 years.  After 3 years, Defendant may once again petition for release and request his third parole hearing to show evidence of rehabilitation.  This parole board hearing was prosecuted by DA Stewart at the Ironwood State Prison in Blythe, CA.
