PEOPLE V. THOMAS, JAMES- Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Battery Against a Cohabitant, and Health and Safety Code section 11550(a), Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd and 4th time and was sentenced to 3 years in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Garcia.

PEOPLE V. HANCE, DAVID- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 242, Battery. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie. 

PEOPLE V. MILLER, LACIE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 487(a), Grand Theft Over $950. Defendant was sentenced to 100 days in county jail, 3 years of formal probation, and drug court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Gibbs and Deputies Corbin and Barnes. 

PEOPLE V. CHAVEZ, FRANCISCO- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 4463(a)(1), Using a False License Plate. Defendant was sentenced to 10 days in county jail and 3 years of court probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson.
