PEOPLE V. BOLES, JARED- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Vehicle Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years in state prison concurrent to a Yolo County 8 year state prison sentence. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Simpson and Branson. 

PEOPLE V. RUBIO, RICARDO JR.- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 368(b)(1), Abuse of a Dependent Adult. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in county jail and 3 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Carrillo and Fullmore. 

PEOPLE V. OVIEDO-LEON, MARCOS- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 2800.2, Reckless Evasion, and admitted a prior strike conviction. Defendant was sentenced to 16 months in state prison consecutive to his Tehama County state prison sentence. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Lemmon.

PEOPLE V. CARRILLO, ALONSO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11370.1(a), Possession of Methamphetamine while Armed with a Firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 300 days in county jail and 5 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from GLNTF Agent Perry and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.

PEOPLE V. GADDIS, DERICK- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 30305(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Ammunition and Penal Code section 29805, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and defendant was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 238 days in county jail and 5 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officers Garcia, Perry, Van Eck, Edwards, Moize and Perry and GLNTF Agent Lopeteguy.

PEOPLE V. RAGER, JENNIFER MARIE - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 118(a)(1), Perjury and Welfare and Institutions Code 10980(g)(2), Welfare Fraud over $950, to wit, $34,758 over the course of 2.5 years. Defendant was sentenced to 220 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and restitution of $34,758. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency Special Investigations Unit Investigator McClain. 

PEOPLE V. SCHERMER, AARON- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 30305(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Ammunition and found in violation of probation. The defendant was sentenced to 149 days in county jail and 3 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officers Pfyl, Van Eck, and Teague. 

PEOPLE V. MEDINA, ALBERTO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11378, Possession of Methamphetamine for Sales, and a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(f), DUI Drugs. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail and 3 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Ayres and Barnes and GLNTF Agent Cushman. 

PEOPLE V. PALOMAREZ, TRAVIS- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(f)(2), Corporal Injury on Spouse with Prior Convictions of Domestic Violence. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail and 3 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie. 

PEOPLE V. DENIZ, MICHAEL- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist, Obstruct, Delay an Officer and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail and 3 years court probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres. 

PEOPLE V. LOR, YANG- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Battery on Spouse. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail, 52 Week Batterer's Treatment, and 3 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Ayres and Alves.

PEOPLE V. POWELL, KATHERINE- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 647(f), Under the Influence of Alcohol and found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail and 3 years court probation. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres. 

PEOPLE V. VENEGAS, ABIGAIL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 487(a), Grand Theft over $950. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail, restitution of $1,760, and 3 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Barnes.
