RAGER, JENNIFER MARIE - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 118(a)(1), Perjury and Welfare and Institutions Code 10980(g)(2), Welfare Fraud over $950, to wit, $34,758 over the course of 2.5 years. Defendant was sentenced to 220 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and restitution of $34,758.
