All auctioned parcels are sold AS IS and you need to perform appropriate due diligence before you bid. We do have some basic parcel information available online but you should thoroughly review any prospective investments and use multiple data sources before bidding and investing in tax sale properties. You should also carefully review the FAQ and Sale Terms and Conditions.
