PEOPLE V. TATUM, CALEB- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code sections 11550, Under Influence of Controlled Substance, and 11364(a), Possession of Methamphetamine Pipe. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time and terminated from probation. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Tompkins.

PEOPLE V. TAYLOR, SHELTON- Defendant was released from prison on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS). Defendant was found in violation of PRCS for the fifth time. Defendant was sentenced to 231 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Perry

Defendant was sentenced to 150 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.

PEOPLE V. HARDY, ANGELA- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459 2nd Degree Burglary and a misdemeanor violation of Orland Municipal Code 9.08.010, Trespass. Defendant was sentenced to 101 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Roenspie. 

PEOPLE V. CONTRERAS, ROCENDO- Defendant was convicted a felony violation of Penal Code section 459 2nd Degree Burglary. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Corbin and Sgt. Gibbs.

PEOPLE V. PUENTE, REYNA- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant’s probation was reinstated and Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Bauer and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. VONALMEN, MICHAEL- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 242, Battery, and Health and Safety Code section 11364(a), Possession of a Methamphetamine Pipe. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days in county jail, 3 years of court probation, and Prop 36 Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Willows Police Department Sgt. McIntyre and Officer Thompson and Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Draper.

PEOPLE V. CORTEZ, ERIK-Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273a(a), Child Endangerment. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days county jail stayed, 4 years formal probation, and child endangerment counseling. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Willows Police Department Officers Ayres and Vessels.
