PEOPLE V. SOMA KING- Defendant want convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 664/4573.8, Attempted Possession of Alcohol in Jail. Defendant was sentenced to 8 months prison consecutive to his current prison sentence he is serving in Solano County. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Corbin.
PEOPLE V. CHRISTIAN CASTANEDA - Defendant was convicted of TWO felony violations of Health and Safety Code section 11370.1, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, While Armed with a Firearm and misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol. The Defendant was also found in violation of misdemeanor violation in two separate cases involving another DUI and a negligent shooting of a firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 360 days jail, drug court, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP – WillowsOfficers Williams and Nibert,Orland Police DepartmentOfficer Roenspie, Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeants Corbin and Felton and Detectives Barnes and Lopeteguy.
PEOPLE V. GABRIEL ANTONIO VELASQUEZ- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11351, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Heroin, for Sale and misdemeanor 11364(a), Possession of Drug Paraphenalia. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, Drug Court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from CHP Willows Williams and Orland Police Department Officers Lowery and Andrade.
PEOPLE V. RUBEN CRUZ - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Domestic Corporal Injury and was found in violation of the Post Release Community Supervision for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Perry.

MARIA GOMEZ- Defendant want convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, First Degree Burglary and misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(c), Driving while Addicted to the Use of Drugs. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, drug court, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ramirez.
PEOPLE V. ANGEL BUSH- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.8, Possession of a Controlled Substance in jail. Defendant was sentenced to 40 days jail, Drug Court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies McIntyre, Turner, and Looper.
