PEOPLE V. KATIE ELLEN PHILLIPS - Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 2800.2, Evading and was found in violation of misdemeanor probation. JOSHUA EVERETT VALLERGA- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon to wit Car and Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Automobile Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail and 5 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from CHP - Willows Officer Roach and Ovard.

 

PEOPLE V. JERRY ALLEN II - Defendant was convicted of a felony violations of Penal Code sections 530.5(a), Identity Theft, 470(d)/473(a), Forgery Passing Check over $950, 459, Second Degree Burglary of the Lassen Modoc Office, and misdemeanor violations of 496(a), Possession of Stolen Property, Health and Safety codes 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine, and 11357(b)(2), Possession of Marijuana. Defendant was sentenced to 224 days jail, drug court, restitution $980.82, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Lourenzo, Tuma, and Lemmon and Orland Police Department Officer Andrade.

 

PEOPLE V. RANDY LOUIS WHITE- Defendant was convicted of a felon violation of 451(c), Arson of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Willows. Defendant was sentenced to 220 days jail, 2 years probation, and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $677, 687. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Officer Deputies Johnsen and Tuma.

 

PEOPLE V. SEAN TALMADGE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violations of 530.5(a), Identity Theft and 182(a)/530.5(a), Conspiracy to Commit Identify Theft and found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, drug court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Huichapan and Orland Police Department Officer Flores.

 

PEOPLE V. MATTHEW FLEMING- Defendant was convicted of a felon violation of 4573.6(a), Bringing Drugs into the Jail. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Pinedo and Roenspie.

 

PEOPLE V. RICHARD SKESLIEN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Automobile Theft and was found in violation of probation on two separate misdemeanor cases. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, drug court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Fullmore.

 

PEOPLE V. OMAR AGUILAR- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury to Cohabitant and was found in violation of misdemeanor DUI probation. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, 52 week Batterers Treatment Program, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Garcia.

PEOPLE V. TYLER FOX- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 664/10851(a), Attempted Vehicle Theft, 10851(a), Vehicle Theft and Penal Code sections 594(a), Vandalism over $400, and misdemeanor violation of 466, Possession of Burglary Tools, 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay a Peace Officer, Vehicle Code sections 14601(a), Driving on a Suspended License, 20002(a), Hit and Run. Defendant was sentenced to 84 days jail with a consecutive 90 days stayed upon successful completion of probation, drug court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Carmon, Lowery, Roenspie, Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Johnsen, Glenn County District Attorney Chief Investigator Knight, and Willows CHP Officer Defrancesco.

 

GABRIEL ANTONIO VELASQUEZ- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11351, Possession of a Controlled Substance from Sale and also misdemeanor probation and was found in violation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Moize.

 

PEOPLE V. PANIAGUA- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violation of Penal Code section 530.5(a), Identify Theft and found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 30 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck.

 

PEOPLE V. BRITTANY SALVATORE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury to an Inhabitant. Defendant was sentenced to 90 day jail stayed until successful completion of probation and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carmon.
