Defendant was sentenced to 224 days jail, drug court, restitution $980.82, and 2 years probation. TYLER FOX- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 664/10851(a), Attempted Vehicle Theft, 10851(a), Vehicle Theft and Penal Code sections 594(a), Vandalism over $400, and misdemeanor violation of 466, Possession of Burglary Tools, 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct Delay a Peace Officer, Vehicle Code sections 14601(a), Driving on a Suspended License, 20002(a), Hit and Run. Defendant was sentenced to 84 days jail with a consecutive 90 days stayed upon successful completion of probation, drug court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Carmon, Lowery, Roenspie, Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Johnsen, Glenn County District Attorney Chief Investigator Knight, and Willows CHP Officer Defrancesco.
GABRIEL ANTONIO VELASQUEZ- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11351, Possession of a Controlled Substance from Sale and also misdemeanor probation and was found in violation for the 1st time.
