Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, sex offender treatment program, and 2 years probation. PEOPLE V. JOSE LUIS ROJAS - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Auto Theft and misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code sections 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine and 11364(a), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct a Peace Officer. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, drug court, restitution $2,344.73, and 2 years probation. PEOPLE V. TARA BESSMER - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 236, False Imprisonment, 245(a)(4), Assault with Force Likely to cause GBI and 487(a), Grand Theft and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. PEOPLE V. JAYNA YOUNG - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 476a(a), Passing Fictitious Checks over $950 and was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail consecutive to the 60 days she was already serving and probation was reinstated. PEOPLE V. WILLIAM DONALD JARMAN - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 14601.2(a), Driving on a Suspended Driver's License. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Martindale and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Vargas.

KRISTINA MARIE HERNANDEZ – Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 502(c)(3), Unauthorized Use of a Computer to wit, creating a fake covid test result to excuse her boyfriend from his work so that they could both attend a 49er football game. Defendant was sentenced to 80 hours of community service and a restriction from attending any National Football League games in person for the 1 year period of probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from California Department of Insurance Investigators Tora and DaSilva.

PEOPLE V. JAROD THOMAS HULBERT – Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Insurance Code section 1871.4(a)(1), Submission of a False Covid Test.
