PEOPLE V. ADRIAN MONTES SANTANA - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 288(a), Lewd and Lascivious Acts on a Child Under 14. He later was also convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.8, Possession of Fentanyl in the Glenn County Jail. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years 8 months state prison. PEOPLE V. STEVEN RUBEN MANCIA - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 243(d), Battery with Serious Bodily Injury. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years state prison. PEOPLE V. MANUEL ANTHONY VILLARREAL MAGANA - Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault with Force Likely to do Great Bodily Injury. The defendant was found in violation of probation for the 5th and 6th time. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years in state prison. OMAR AGUILAR - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on Spouse and 273.6(a), Violation of a Restraining Order and was found in violation of probation for the 8th and 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Pfyl.

PEOPLE V. ROBERTO CARDENAS-ZEPEDA- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851, Auto Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 217 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Rasmussen.

PEOPLE V. MARIAH HALVERSON - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273a(a), Child Endangerment. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, drug court, and 4 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Rasmussen.

PEOPLE V. GABRIEL LOPEZ BAEZA- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 530.5, Identity Theft and 4573.8, Bringing drugs to jail and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 7th time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail​​​ and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Perry.

PEOPLE V. RYAN KURT MILES - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code 11370.1(a), Possession of Controlled Substance While Armed and . Defendant was sentenced to 144 days jail, drug court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP Willows Officer Nibert.

PEOPLE V. DANIEL SALCEDO - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 594(a), Vandalism. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, 52 weeks Batterers Treatment Classes, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Vargas.

PEOPLE V. AMBER PANGOBRN- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 4573.8, Bringing Drugs into Jail and Penal Code Section 1320, Failure to Appear in Court on a felony offense and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail, probation was reinstated and ordered to complete a six month drug rehab. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Gray.

PEOPLE V. ARLO LITTLE - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine.
