Vendor Application Forms

Thank you for your interest in Glenn County. To be considered as a provider of services or supplies we ask all interested parties to file a vendor application and IRS W-9 form which we enter into our consultant roster database.  Within that vendor application are several dozen selections for the types of services or supplies you wish us to consider your company for.  I encourage you to complete and return both forms at your earliest convenience.

You are also encouraged to frequent our Announcements / Project & Service Bid website.  We also use the online construction project advertisement services provided to public agencies at http://www.ebidboard.com/.

Please also note there are TWO different vendor applications.  One for all interested vendors and one specifically for Public Works Projects.

Woodsmoke Reduction Program Application Packet

To be eligible for a Voucher, you must provide the following to the Air District.  Only complete applications including a photo of the device to be replaced, a signed owner/tenant Agreement (if applicable) and low-income documentation (if applicable) will be processed.   You may send your application packet by mail or email, or deliver it by hand.
