PEOPLE V. WYCKOFF, MICHAEL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(1), Assault Deadly Weapon and two violations of probation for previous convictions of felony Penal Code section 496(a), Receiving Stolen Property and misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety code sections 11377, Possession of Methamphetamine and 11350, Possession of Controlled Substances. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Jail Correctional Deputies Kelso, Martinez, and Jacinto, and Deputy Corbin.

PEOPLE V. HERNANDEZ, STEVEN- Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 422(a), Criminal Threats. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 2nd and 3rd time.  Defendant was sentenced to 316 days in county jail and probation was terminated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Garcia. 

PEOPLE V. MUHAMMAD, RASHEED- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 211, Second Degree Robbery of CVS Pharmacy. Defendant was sentenced to 241 days jail and 5 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Roenspie, Carmon, and Sergeant Vlach and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Zarate, Barnes, Corbin, and Sergeant McDonald.

PEOPLE V. RICCA, KAREN- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on Cohabitant, and 273a(a), Child Endangerment. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, 52 week Batterer's Treatment Program, 52 week Child Abuser Program, and 5 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ramirez. 

PEOPLE V. PEREZ, RUBEN- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violation of Penal Code section 594, Vandalism Over $400. Defendant was found in violation of formal probation for the 7th time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann
