AS HEARD IN COURT JANUARY 18, 2019

PEOPLE V. HARRIS, KEITH- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 245(c), Assault on a Peace Officer with a Deadly Weapon on Officers Carmon and Carrillo of the Orland Police Department with a Strike and 245(a)(1), Assault on a Deadly Weapon, to wit the Concrete Floor, with admission of a Strike Prior. Defendant was sentenced to 12 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Carmon, Carrillo, Mills, Roenspie, and Sergeant Vlach, Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Felton and Deputies Draper, Lemmon, Kelso, Martinez, Corbin, and Jacinto. 

AS HEARD IN COURT DECEMBER 2018 - JANUARY 4, 2019

PEOPLE V. MILLER, JESSE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code sections 594(b)(1), Vandalism Over $400 and 29805, Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years 8 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Department Deputies Snider, Corbin, Francis, Branson, Thompson, Ramirez, and Ayres.

Swearing in Ceremony for Elected Officials

WILLOWS, CA.—On Monday, January 7, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. a Swearing Ceremony will be held for our newly elected Officials as well as our re-elected Officials. The ceremony is set to take place at the Superior Court of California, County of Glenn, 526 West Sycamore Street, Willows, CA. 95988. A reception is scheduled immediately following the ceremony at the same location.

 

AS HEARD IN COURT NOVEMBER 16, 2018

PEOPLE V. MCMILLEN, RYAN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Penal Code section 667.5(b), Prior Prison Term, and Strike Prior.   Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 666.5/10851(a), Vehicle Theft with a Prior Vehicle Theft, Penal Code section 496(a), Receiving Stolen Property over $950, Penal Code section 594(b)(1), Vandalism with Damage over $400, and Penal Code section 667.5(b), Prior Prison Term. Defendant was resentenced to 7 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detectives Knight and Blair, Deputies Kelso, Martinez, Corbin, Jacinto, Lorenzo and Thompson, and Sgt. Holley and Orland Police Department Officers Branson and Roenspie.
