PEOPLE v. ANTONIO ROA - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on Former Cohabitant. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years in state prison.  The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Detective Knight and Deputy Bauer and Orland Police Department Officers Simpson and Cessna. 

PEOPLE v. RAMON RUELAS - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 529(a)(3), False Impersonation.  Defendant was sentenced to 8 months state prison to be served consecutive to his current commitment. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson. 

PEOPLE v. LUCINDA FARIAS - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, 2nd Degree Burglary and 3 violations of probation.  Defendant was sentenced to 390 days in the Glenn County Jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Ayres and Sergeant Johnson. 

PEOPLE v. JOSHUA HURLBURT - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault with Force Likely to Produce Great Bodily Injury and 2 violations of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 360 days in Glenn County Jail, 3 years formal probation, and no consumption of alcohol.  The full restitution of $11,491.62 was provided to the Glenn County Probation Department today. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Willows Police Department Officer Williams.

PEOPLE v. CHERRIE HAZLETT - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.5(f)(1), Corporal Injury on a Spouse After a Prior Conviction and a violation of probation of her felony case of Penal Code section 273.5(f)(1) against the same victim.  Defendant was sentenced to 240 days Glenn County Jail, 3 years formal probation, 52 weeks Batterers Treatment Program. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Barnes.

PEOPLE v. JON LOUGHMILLER - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 487(a), Grand Theft of Personal Property over $950 and a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 496(a) Possession of Stolen Property. Defendant was sentenced to 192 days in Glenn County Jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Owens and Willows Police Department Officer Thompson and Detective Alves.

PEOPLE v. TONY SALINTHONE - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 594(b)(1), Vandalism. Defendant was sentenced to 45 days in Glenn County Jail and 3 years formal probation. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Jail staff.
