PEOPLE v. WARREN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11379(a), Transportation of Methamphetamine, Health and Safety Code section 11366(a), Maintaining a Place for Sales of Methamphetamine, Penal Code section 459(a), 2nd Degree Commercial Burglary, a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1), Resist/Obstruct/Delay a Peace Officer, and violations of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 5 years and 4 months in state prison for all seven cases. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officers Perry, Teague, Moize, and Van Eck, Orland Police Department Officer Fullmore, Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Melgarejo, and GLINTF Agents Cushman and Tharp.

Defendant was sentenced to 240 days in Glenn County Jail and 3 years formal probation. The total restitution ordered in this case was $13,840. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Health and Human Services Agency Welfare Fraud Investigator Bouldin.

Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in the Glenn County Jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Willows Police Department Officers Ayres and Edgington.
