PEOPLE v. LABLUE, TANYA- Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code Section 459, First Degree Burglary, Welfare and Institutions Code 10980(c)(2) Obtain Public Aid by Misrepresentation, and Penal Code Section 118(a) Perjury. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the eleventh time and probation was terminated.  Defendant was sentenced to 5 years in state prison and ordered to pay restitution of $6,478. The cases were prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Health and Human Services Agency Welfare Fraud Investigator McClain and Orland Police Department Officer Carmon. 

PEOPLE v. GLASS, BRITTANY- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, Burglary, and misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine, and Health and Safety Code section 11364(a), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the sixth time and probation was terminated. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in prison for the felony and an additional 1 year county jail for the misdemeanors. The cases were prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Willows Police Department Sergeant McIntyre and Detective Alves, Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize, and GLINTF Agent Gibbs

PEOPLE v. JAMES, HASSAN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573.5, Bring Drugs or Alcohol into a Prison and a prior strike conviction. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years and 8 months in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Valley View Conservation Camp Correctional Officers Swart, Flowerdew, and Thompson.

PEOPLE v. VALDIVIA-ANGUIANO, RICARDO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violations of Penal Code section 273.5, Corporal Injury to Former Cohabitant, Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault with Force Likely to Produce Great Bodily Injury, and violations of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years and 152 days in county jail, 5 years formal probation, 52 week batterers treatment program, and 24 hours of community service. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Carmon and Branson. 

PEOPLE v. GARCIA, RYAN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 18710(a), Possession of a Destructive Device/Bomb Without a Permit. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from GLINTF Agent Blair. 

PEOPLE v. LERMA, BRIAN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 626.10(a)(1), Possession of a Knife on School Grounds. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carmon. 

PEOPLE v. PASSOT, MICHELLE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Welfare and Institutions Code section 14107(b)(1)/14107(a)&(c), False Claim for Furnishing In-Home Support Services. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days in county jail, 3 years of formal probation, 2 AAs per week, drug court, 24 hours of community service, and $3,214 in restitution. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from CA Department of Health Care Investigator Reynolds.
