AS HEARD IN COURT AUGUST 18, 2017

PEOPLE V. GARMAN, FRANCIS JR.- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 459, First Degree Burglary and Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault Likely to Cause Great Bodily Injury. Defendant was also found in violation for the first time in a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 466, Possession of Burglary Tools. Defendant was sentenced to 5 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Barnes and Bauer and Detective Knight, and Victim Witness Advocates Troughton and Pinedo.

MENDOZA, JOSE- Defendant was convicted of his third and fourth probation violation in his case involving a violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats, and an enhancement of Penal Code Section 12022(b), Use of a Deadly Weapon. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Burns and Glenn County Probation Department Officers Pfyl and Garcia.

PEOPLE V. ARREDONDO, JOSE- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Firearm and Penal Code section 594(b)(1), Vandalism Over $400. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in state prison with victim restitution in the amount of $1,799.07. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Bauer and Willows Police Department Sergeant McIntyre and Officer Thompson.

PEOPLE V. MORRIS, TIMOTHY- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851, Vehicle Theft. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Willows California Highway Patrol Officers: Stokes, Benfer, Cleek, Owens, Ovard, Gilliam, and Sergeant Quisenberry; Redding Police Department Officer Stenderup; Redding CHP Officers: Smith, Cheeseman, and Beard; and Red Bluff CHP: Thompson, Nelson, and Rawling.

PEOPLE V. BOUALINTHONG, CHANDAVONE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 452(b), Arson and misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11359(b), Possession for Sale of Marijuana. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Willows Police Department Sergeant McIntyre and Willows Fire Department Chief Peabody.
