PEOPLE V. LEON, ERIC - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 273.6, Violating a Domestic Violence Restraining Order and Penal Code section 148, Resisting Arrest.  Defendant was sentenced to 544 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Sergeants Vlach and Johnson, and Officer Carmon.  

PEOPLE V. VONALMEN, MICHAEL- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.6, Violating a Domestic Violence Restraining Order. Defendant was found in violation of Probation for the 3rd time on a previous conviction of Health and Safety Code section 11364, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Defendant was sentenced to 540 days jail and terminated from probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Deputies Lemmon, Barnes and Draper as well as Probation Officers Permann and Garcia. 

PEOPLE V. SPAULDING, BENJAMIN- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 480(a), Possession of Items for Counterfeiting and 1320(b), Failure to Appear on Own Recognizance. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail and 5 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Willows Police Department Sergeant McIntyre, Detective Alves, and Officer Vessels. 

PEOPLE V. PAREDES, HERLINDO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422(a), Criminal Threats and misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery. Defendant was sentenced to 210 days jail, 52-week Batterer's Treatment Program, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carmon and Glenn County Sheriff's County Deputies Alves and Zarate.

PEOPLE V. BUTLER, TRAVIS- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273a(a), Child Endangerment and misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(a), DUI. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 200 days in jail, ordered to complete a 1 year residential rehabilitation program, and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officer Henriques and Stokes, Orland Police Department Officer Carrillo, and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Garcia. 

PEOPLE V. THAO, JOHN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety code 11366.8(a), Possess or Use of a False Compartment for Drugs. Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 188 days in jail, drug court, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Ayres and Thompson and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Garcia. 

PEOPLE V. URRUTIA, MICHELE- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order. Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 647.6, Stalking. Defendant was found in violation of post release community supervision for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy McIntyre.

PEOPLE V. CUEVAS, JOSE DE JESUS- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(b), Driving with BAC of 0.08% or Higher with 2 prior DUIs. Defendant was sentenced to 360 days jail with all but 120 days suspended and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from California Highway Patrol Officer Williams. 

PEOPLE V. CRUZ, RUBEN- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 647(f), Public Intoxication. Defendant was sentenced to 105 days in jail.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ramirez. 

PEOPLE V. ALLEN, JAMES- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 25400(a)(2)/25400(c)(6), Carrying Concealed Firearm on Person. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days in jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Cessna, Sergeants Vlach and Johnson, and Chief Tolle and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Garcia.
