PEOPLE V. LOKEY, JOHN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 69, Resist a Peace Officer with Force/Violence. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Cessna.

PEOPLE V. CORCORAN, DANIEL - Defendant was previously convicted of Penal Code section 69, Resist a Peace Officer with Force/Violence and admitted to his 4th violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in prison and was terminated from probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann and Orland Police Officer Fullmore.

PEOPLE V. SHOUMOUNEJAD, DESIRAE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459, First Degree Burglary, Person Present. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail, drug court, $1260 restitution, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carmon. 

PEOPLE V. CHAVEZ, ARISTEO - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine and admitted to his 1st parole violation. Defendant was sentenced to 160 days jail and was reinstated on parole. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Parole Agents Huey and Lovett as well as GCSO Deputy Ramirez.

PEOPLE V. BURROWS, ANDREW- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273a(a), Abusing or Endangering the Health of a Child. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 4 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Stewart with assistance from GCSO Detective Felton and Deputy Owens.

PEOPLE V. YOUNG, TANNER - Defendant was previously convicted of a violation of Penal Code section 459, First Degree Burglary and admitted to his 1st parole violation. Defendant was sentenced to 100 days jail and reinstated on parole. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Parole Agents Huey and Lovett.

PEOPLE  V. CABRAL, ALEXANDER- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code sections 25400(c)(7), Concealed Loaded Firearm and 25300, Public Firearm Possession. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days county jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by Dwayne Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Branson and Sergeant McDonald.

PEOPLE V. CHANTHAPASEUTH, DAMIAN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 261.5(d), Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with a Minor. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail, 150 hours community service and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Stewart with assistance from GCSO Detective Blair and Deputy Alves.

PEOPLE V. TOSTI, HEIDI- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 14601.2 with a prior 14601.2, Driving on a Suspended License due to a DUI. Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 14601.2 and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carmon.

PEOPLE V. PRITCHARD, DANIEL- Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety code sections 11364(a), Drug Paraphenalia and 11377(a), Possession of Methamphetamine. Defendant was sentenced to 56 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.

PEOPLE V. LANZARIN, CHANDLER- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Coder section 487(a), Grant Theft. Defendant was sentenced to pay the full restitution of $1,904.60 and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from California Department of Health Care Services Investigator Nelson.
