PEOPLE V. VETETO, JASON- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(f)(1), Corporal Injury to a Cohabitant with a Prior Domestic Violence offense and a misdemeanor violation of 273.5(a), Corporal Injury to the same victim while on probation. The defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time and was sentenced to 4 years state prison. AMSTADER, TERRY- Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code sections 11350(a), Possession of Hydromorphone, and 11364(a), Possession of a Methamphetamine Pipe. The defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time and was sentenced to 180 days jail and probation was reinstated. PEOPLE V. TAYLOR, TOYIA- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violations of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury to a Cohabitant, and 594(a), Vandalism. The defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck. 

PEOPLE V. ABEL, MICHAEL- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury to a Cohabitant. The defendant was sentenced to 150 days jail, 52 week Batterer's Treatment Program, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart and with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carmon.

PACHECO, NARCISA- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 271, Abandonment of Child Under 14 Years Old. The defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273a(a), Child Endangerment and was found in violation of probation for the 4th time. The defendant was sentenced to 140 days jail and probation was terminated in the original case and she was sentenced to 90 days suspended with 3 years of probation on the new case. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detective Felton and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Garcia.

PEOPLE V. GASPAR, LUIS- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(4), Assault with Great Bodily Injury Likely. The defendant was found in violation of probation for the 2nd and 3rd time and was sentenced to 120 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. MCMAHON, JEFFREY- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violations of two counts of Penal Code section 242, Battery, and 273.6(a), Violation of Restraining Order. The defendant was sentenced to 114 days jail, 52 week Batterer's Treatment Program, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.

PEOPLE V. ORTEGA, ALEXANDER- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery. The defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail, 52 week Batterer's Treatment Program, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Mills.
