PEOPLE V. SOTELLO, JULIO- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 243.1, Battery on a Custodial Officer. PEOPLE V. NIEHUES, AMANDA- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11378, Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale. Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 1st and 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, 6 months of a rehabilitation program, and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.
PEOPLE V. BARTKOVSKY, MICHAEL- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23152(a), DUI with 2 Prior DUI's. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Mills.
PEOPLE V. FARLINGER, GREG- Defendant was previously convicted of Penal Code section 288(a), Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child Under 14 years old. Defendant was found in violation of parole for the 9th time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and parole was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Parole Agent Nystrom.
