PEOPLE V. JEFFERSON, ALEXANDER- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 243(d), Battery with Serious Bodily Injury and 422(a), Criminal Threats with special allegation 12022(b)(1), Use of a Weapon, an Ice Pick. Defendant was also on parole at the time of this conduct on two separate victims. Defendant was sentenced to 10 years 4 months in state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Willows Police Department Sergeant McIntyre and Officer Edgington.

PEOPLE V. MUNDO, CRISTOVAL- Defendant Mundo was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 211/213(a)(1)(A), Home Invasion Robbery. Defendant was sentenced to 9 years state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Detectives Blair and Knight. *NOTE: Defendant Mundo is a 19-year-old from Hamilton City, who was a co-Defendant of Gabriel Knecht. On September 7, 2018, Defendant Knecht was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 187(a), 1st Degree Murder that was willful, deliberate, and premeditated. The stipulated facts were as follows: On March 16, 2018, Defendant Gabriel Knecht and 2 other defendants, including Defendant Mundo, went to the home of Donald Zucker. While at the home of Donald Zucker, Defendant Gabriel Knecht shot and killed Mr. Zucker. Defendant Knecht was sentenced to 25 years to life with lifetime parole.

PEOPLE V. CHANEY, LARRY- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Health and Safety Code section 11366, Maintaining a Place for Sales of Controlled Substances and Penal Code section 22210, Possession of a Billy Club. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years 8 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officers Perry, Moize, and Pfyl; Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Lemmon and Ayres, and Detective Blair; and Willows Police Department Sergeant McIntyre.

PEOPLE V. MERCADO, EMANUEL- Defendant was convicted of two misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 14601.3, Habitual Traffic Offender. Defendant was sentenced to 240 days jail and probation was denied. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Johnson and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Ayres.

PEOPLE V. KEGLEY, JUSTIN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 30305(a), Felon in Possession of Ammunition and misdemeanor Vehicle Code section 23152(f), DUI Drugs. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Pfyl and California Highway Patrol Officers Castillo and Pozzi and Lieutenant Eccles.

PEOPLE V. SUMAHIT, DAVID- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5, Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant, and 30305(a), Possession of Ammo with a Prior Prison term, Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 160 days jail and probation was reinstated. The case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Van Eck. 

PEOPLE V. NORMAN, CHARLES- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and admitted to 2 violations of probation on misdemeanor cases. Defendant was sentenced to 150 days jail and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Sergeant Vlach and Glenn County Deputy Probation Officer Ortiz. 

PEOPLE V. BOSTER, ZACHARY- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 594(b)(1), Vandalism over $400 and a violation of probation for the 1st time also on a misdemeanor vandalism case. Defendant was sentenced to 150 days jail, Drug Court, and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy McIntyre and Glenn County Probation Department Moize.

PEOPLE V. DODGE, KATELYNN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 487(a), Grand Theft over $950. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 3 years formal probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Owens and McIntyre and Sergeant Holley and Walmart Loss Prevention. 

PEOPLE V. SANCHEZ, EMILIO- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 490.2, Petty Theft and admitted to 3 violations of probation on misdemeanor cases. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 3 years court probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Sheldon and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Permann

PEOPLE V. TORRES, RAMIRO- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 368(b)(1), Elder Abuse. Defendant was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Van Eck.
