PEOPLE V. COLTON SMITH - Defendant was previously convicted of NINE different felony violations of theft including Vehicle Code section 10851, Auto Theft, 594, Vandalism, and 12022.1, Committing New Felonies While Out on Own Recognizance and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 10 years prison including two consecutive cases in Shasta and Yolo that were resentenced. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Gray, Orland Police Department Officers Andrade and Lowery and Sgt. Cessna, and CHP Willows Officers Roach, Baxter, Murphy, and Ollar. 

PEOPLE V. HEATHER NICOLE MATNEY - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 451(c), Arson and was found in violation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years prison and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Berglund.

PEOPLE V. SAVANNAH RACHELLE NELSON - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 69, Force and Violence Against a Peace Officer and 1320(b), Failure to Appear on a Felony. Defendant was sentenced to 270 days jail, Behavioral Health Treatment Court, and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Goodwin and Tuma. 

PEOPLE V. OMAR AGUILAR -  Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5, Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant and 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order and was found in violation of probation for the 7th time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail and 180 day on a TAD device and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Pfyl. 

PEOPLE V. JOUN THAO - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5(a), Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail, 52 week batterers treatment classes and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Thompson, Tuma, and Chavez.  

PEOPLE V. SARAH GAMMON – Defendant was  convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 243.9(a), Gassing.   Defendant was sentenced to 176 days jail and 2 years of probation.  This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriffs Deputies Ayers and Sassman.

PEOPLEV V. ADRIAN CONTRERUS INIGUEZ - Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Health and Safety Code sections 11377, Possession of Methamphetamine, 11364, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and  was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 150 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Berglund.

PEOPLE V. MARTIN CAMACHO – Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 69, Resisting a Peace Officer with Force and was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and probation was reinstated.  This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. DOMINIC WAICHUNG WU - Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Health and Safety Code section 11366, Maintaining a Place for the Cultivation of Marijuana and Penal Code Section 132, False Evidence of Documentation. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Johnsen.

PEOPLE V. CORY RAY INGLE -  Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Automobile Theft and misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 1320, Failure to Appear on a Felony. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP Willows Officer Vasquez and Oliveros. 

PEOPLE . LASTSAMY KANGMEUANG - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Vehicle Code section 2800.2, Evasion and 496(d), Possession of a Stolen Vehicle and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 30 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Perry.
