PEOPLE V. SMITH, GABLE- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats, and a prior strike conviction. Defendant was sentenced to 6 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Roenspie, Johnson, and Mills.
PEOPLE V. HEAVRIN, WILLIAM- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of a Firearm, a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 470(a), Forgery, and 2 prior strike convictions. Defendant was sentenced to 4 years in state prison. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from CHP Officer Castillo, Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Gibbs and Deputy Smith.
PEOPLE V. MALLARD, DAREN- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4573(a), Bringing Methamphetamine into Jail. Defendant was found in violation of probation on a prior conviction of Health and Safety Code section 11377(a), Possession of methamphetamine. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days in county jail, 3 years formal probation, and Drug Court. The case was prosecuted by DDA Harbarger with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Sergeant Gibbs and Deputies Woodman and Snider.
PEOPLE V. ROMO, YURI- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 646.6, Stalking. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years court probation and 60 hours of community service. The case was prosecuted by DDA Neumann with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Carmon.
