PEOPLE V. ALAN KYLER - Defendant was previously convicted of a violation of Penal Code Section 273.5(a) Domestic Violence causing a Traumatic Condition and was placed on probation. Defendant was subsequently convicted of a violation of Penal Code Section 273.5(f)(1) Domestic Violence causing a traumatic condition with a prior for the same and found in violation of his probation. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years in state prison. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Rasmussen.

PEOPLE V. FRANCISCO LLAMAS- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code Section 30305, Felon in Possession of Ammunition and admitted to a Prior Strike. He was sentenced to serve 32 months state prison. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP - Willows Officer Cushman and Glenn County Sheriff's Office (retired) Detective Felton.

PEOPLE V. LATSAMY KANGMEUANG - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Vehicle Code section 2800.2(a), Evasion and 496d(a), Receipt of Stolen Vehicle and was found in violation of probation for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years prison and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. JEFFEY BRANDON MCMAHON - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of 368(a)(1), Elder Abuse and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years prison and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Office Deputy Gray.

PEOPLE V. JOSHUA WILLIAM MORRIS - Defendant was convicted of a violation of Penal Code Section 30305(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Firearm and was previously convicted on felony probation for the same crime in additional to felon in possession of firearm and was found in violation of probation for the 4th and 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 2 years in state prison plus an additional two 2 year prison terms concurrent. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Van Eck and CHP Willows Officer Williams.

PEOPLE V. T.J. MORRISON- Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Vehicle Code Section 10851, Automobile Theft and Penal Code Section 30305, Felon in Possession of Ammunition. He was sentenced to serve 16 months consecutive to a prison term of 3 years he is already serving out of Tehama county for being armed with a firearm while in possession of methamphetamine a violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11370.1. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Flores and (retired) Carmon and California Highway Patrol Officer Bryant.

PEOPLE V. JAMES CLIFFORD STEWARD - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 452(c), Arson and was found in violation for the 1st time. Defendant was ordered to complete 360 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. RYAN OCKERMAN- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 4463(a)(1), Fraudulent Vehicle Registration where probation was previously terminated and he was sentenced to local prison and mandatory supervision. He was now found in violation of mandatory supervision for the 1st time and sentenced to serve the balance of his remaining time, 261 days. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Lowery.

PEOPLE V. WILLIAM GRANT CROSSLEY - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 29800(a)(1), Felon in Possession of Firearm and 2 counts of 1320(b), Failure to Appear on a Felony while out on Bail. Defendant was sentenced to 8 months prison consecutive to his 4 year 8 month Lassen County prison commitment and a concurrent 16 months prison to Lassen. This case is was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Willows CHP Officers Henriques, Branson, and Baxter and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Branson (retired) and McIntyre.

PEOPLE V. LUIS FERNANDO VARGAS-FLORES- Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11550(a), Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and was found in violation of probation for the 6th time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and terminated from probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Berglund.

PEOPLE V. KATHALENA DOROTHEA RODRIGUEZ- Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 29800, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Health and Safety Code section 11366, Maintaining a Place for a Controlled Substance and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Perry.

PEOPLE V. ALBERT PULIDO - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Fullmore.

PEOPLE V. DARRIN SMITH - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order. Defendant was sentenced to 150 days jail, 52 week Batterer’s Treatment classes, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officers Roenspie and Andrade.

PEOPLE V. DANIEL RYANN RAMEY - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Health and Safety code section 11366.5(a), Manufacturing Concentrated Cannibas and Penal Code section 1320.5, Failure to Appear while out on Bail and was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, drug court and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officers Van Eck and Gray.

PEOPLE V. ELEAZAR HERNANDEZ JIMENEZ- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11358, Cultivation of Marijuana for Sales with an Environmental Violation. He was sentenced to 120 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Fish and Game Wardens Imsdahl and Boyd.

PEOPLE V. ELISA COON - Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order and 21510(b), Possession of a Switchblade Knife. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, 52 week Batterer’s Treatment classes, 6 months of rehabilitation, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff’s Office Deputies Vargas and Cordova.

PEOPLE V. JESUS MEDINA ESPARZA - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 529(a)(3), False Personation and was terminated from misdemeanor drug offense probation. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail drug court and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Vargas.

DAVE CAMPBELL – Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 273.5, Corporal Injury in a Domestic Relationship and misdemeanor 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order and was found in violation of probation for the 7th time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Pfyl.

PEOPLE V. BYRON BURROWS - Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code section 273.6, Violation of a Restraining Order and 242, Battery. PEOPLE V. DIANA DANIELS - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon, a Box Cutter. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, 52 weeks batterer's treatment program, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Turner.

PEOPLE V. JOSHUA FRAILEY - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violations of Penal Code section 594, Vandalism and Vehicle Code section 2800.2, Evasion and was found in violation of Post Release Community Supervision for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and PRCS was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Ortiz.

PEOPLE V. ERICK FRANKLIN HAENER - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of 30605, Possession of an Assault Rifle. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and 2 years probation. PEOPLE V. MEGAN ANN BECHTOL- Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code Section 71(a), Felony Threats against a Peace Officer. PEOPLE V. CHRISTIAN ENCIZO - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery and found in violation of probation for a misdemeanor Vehicle Code 23152(b), Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail, 52 week Batterer’s Treatment classes, 2 AA’s per week, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Flores.

PEOPLE V. DONALD GERARD SMITH - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code Section 11378, Possession of Methamphetamine for Sale. He was sentenced to 2 years of formal probation and he was not sentenced to jail time because he is suffering from stage 4 cancer. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Johnsen.
