PEOPLE V. ISMAEL SOLIZ JR. - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 288(a), Lewd and Lascivious Conduct with a Child Under 14 Years Old and was found in violation of 2 previous felony convictions of Penal Code section 273a(a), Child Endangerment in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 8 years 8 months prison and required to register for 290 Sex Offender Registration for 20 years. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Tuma and Glenn County Probation Officer Moize. 

 

PEOPLE V. SEAN TALMADGE  - Defendant was previously convicted of violations of Penal Code Sections 182(a)/530.5(a), Conspiracy to Commit Identity Theft and a violation of Vehicle Code section 10851(a), Automobile Theft and was placed on probation.  Defendant was found in violation of probation for the 3rd time and was sentenced to  2 years and 8 months in state prison and a further 2 years concurrent. This case was prosecuted by DA  Stewart with assistance from Glenn County  Probation Officer Gray.  

PEOPLE V. DANIEL SCOTT HARDY  - Defendant was previously convicted of violations of Penal Code Section 484i(c), Possession of Credit Cards and Equipment to Manufacture Credit Cards and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to  2 years prison and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DA  Stewart with assistance from  Glenn County Probation Officer Moize.  

PEOPLE V. ALEXANDRIA ANNE ACOSTA - Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor probation of child endangerment and was found in violation of probation. Defendant was sentenced to 364 days jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Pfyl.

PEOPLE V. IGNACIO AGUILAR-MAGANA - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Health and Safety Code section 11351(a), Possession of Cocaine and Psilocybin Mushroom for Sale and misdemeanor violation of Vehicle Code section 23103/23103.5, Wet Reckless DUI.  Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from CHP Willows Officer Cushman and Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Johnsen and Detective Lopeteguy.

PEOPLE V. CHENTEL MARIE RIOS - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code 530.5, Identify Theft and misdemeanor DUI and was found in violation of probation for the 5th time. Defendant was sentenced to 90 days jail, drug court, and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Gray. 

PEOPLE V. DANIEL BERNARDO - Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor violation of child endangerment and was found in violation of probation for the1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail court, and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Permann.
