PEOPLE V. SHAWN DEARING – Defendant was previously convicted of felony violation of Penal Code section 211, Robbery, 273.5(f), Corporal Injury with a Prior DV, 136.1, Intimidation of a Witness, and 1320.5, Failure to Appear on a Felony Case and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 5 years 8 months state prison and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Pfyl.

 

PEOPLE V. TYLER JAMES FOX - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Vehicle Code section 2800.2, Evading a Peace Officer with Willful Disregard for Safety and was found in violation of felony probation for auto theft and vandalism.  Defendant was sentenced to 3 years 8 months state prison and probation should be terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Ramirez and Lemmon, CHP Willows Roach, and Glenn County Probation Department Officer Gray.

PEOPLE V. PRISCILLA GONZALEZ – Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was found in violation of probation for the 8th time. Defendant was sentence to 3 years state prison plus 8 months consecutive for her Tehama County case bringing drugs to jail.  This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Gray.

PEOPLE V. DAVID ALLEN HANCE - Defendant was convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 451(d), Arson, 148(a)(1), Resist Obstruct, Delay a Peace Officer and 242, Battery and was found in violation off felony probation for Penal Code section 243(d), Battery Causing Serious Bodily Injury. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years state prison and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Chavez and Thompson and CHP Willows Officer Benfer. 

PEOPLE V. JULIAN ARTURO MARTINEZ -  Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 451(b), Arson and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 3 years state prison and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Moize. 

PEOPLE V. JUSTINE HOWELL – Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 508, Embezzlement and she was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 360 days jail to be served in a rehab and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann with assistance from Glenn County Probation Department Officer Moize.

PEOPLE V. IVAN QUINTERO-PEREZ-  Defendant was convicted of felony violations of Penal Code sections 245(a)(1), Assault with a Deadly Weapon, four separate felony counts of 273.5(a), Infliction of Corporal Injury on a Cohabitant against the same victim, and Special Allegation 12022.1, Commit a New Felony While Out on Bail. Defendant was sentenced to 360 days jail, 52 weeks batterers treatment classes, and 3 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glen County Sheriff's Deputies Lourenzo and Thompson. 

PEOPLE V. ANTOINE BOSTIC - Defendant was previously convicted of felony violation of Penal Code section 368(b)(1), Elder Abuse and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time a new conviction of  a misdemeanor violation of 273.6(a), Violation of a Restraining Order. Defendant was sentenced to 180 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputy Turner. 

PEOPLE V. JENNIFER MAY SHOCKLEY - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 273.6(a), Violation of a Restraining Order and was found in violation of misdemeanor drug possession probation.  Defendant was sentenced to 150 days jail and probation was terminatedThis case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Orland Police Department Officer Pinedo.

PEOPLE V. JUAN DIAZ-TORRES - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 459/461, Second Degree Burglary. Defendant was sentenced to 133 days jail and 2 years probation. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from retired Glenn County Sheriff's Office Sergeant Felton and Retired DA Chief Investigator Knight.

PEOPLE V. JEFFREY SCOTT GUINN JR. - Defendant was previously convicted of a misdemeanor DUI with 2 Prior DUI's and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by ADA Neumann. 

PEOPLE V. ANDY XIONG - Defendant was convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 422, Criminal Threats with a Special Allegation of 12022.1(b)(1), Use of a Weapon, and misdemeanor violation of 417.4, Exhibiting a Replica Firearm.  Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail, 52 weeks of Batterer's Treatment Classes, and 3 years of probation. This case was prosecuted by DA Stewart with assistance from former Glenn County Sheriff's Office Deputies Alves and Zarate. 

PEOPLE V. SCOTT CHRISTOPHER STONE - Defendant was convicted of a misdemeanor violation of Health and Safety Code section 11364(a), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was found in violation of probation for the 4th time. Defendant was sentenced to 120 days jail and probation was terminated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glen County Probation Officer Pfyl. 

PEOPLE V. JAYNA YOUNG - Defendant was previously convicted of a felony violation of Penal Code section 476a(a), Passing Fictitious Checks over $950 and was found in violation of probation for the 2nd time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Gray. 

PEOPLE V. PEDRO CUIN - Defendant was previously convicted of misdemeanor violations of Penal Code sections 243(e)(1), Domestic Battery, 594(a), Vandalism, and 273.6(a), Violation of a Restraining Order and was found in violation of probation for the 1st time. Defendant was sentenced to 60 days jail and probation was reinstated. This case was prosecuted by DDA Coffey with assistance from Glenn County Probation Officer Deputy Pfyl.
