Water Bill Assistance for Colusa, Glenn and Trinity Counties

LIHWAP stands for Low Income Household Water Assistance Program. LIHWAP offers one-time payments to help pay your water or wastewater bills. It can also help pay overdue or current bills accrued during any timeframe. The water company must be enrolled to qualify for the program.
